Engagement Videography at BG College of Business, City Tap, and The Attic in Bowling Green, Ohio
When we were interviewing Landon in City Tap, we asked him what his favorite thing about Ashley was. He said, “One of my favorite things is her drive. When she has an idea in her mind she is going to make it happen no matter what is standing in her way. She’s going to do it.” One of his examples was this engagement video.
Ashley came to us with the idea for their engagement video in which we would interview her, Landon, and their friends, to tell a rounded story of how their love came to be. She wanted this video to be a segway from their grand entrance to their first dance - a way to tell those who didn’t know about their story, and bring everyone together in an emotional moment at the reception. Ashley found us, and made it happen. (we sure made it happen!)
First, she told us their love story and her ideas for the engagement videography. She wanted to feature her friend Dana, who first pointed out Landon to Ashley during a marketing class at Bowling Green State University, Kip who convinced Landon to finally go up and talk to Ashley, and Brittany who was there to gush about how HORRIBLE their first date was. We used their words to create interview questions that told their story. When we were shooting, we got to get to know them as individuals, and we fell in love. They are both so intentional and caring in their relationships, and the people around them absolutely cherish this pair. Power couple? We think so.
