There’s something about the morning glow of the sun glancing off the trees on this beautiful island that truly makes you feel one with joy and made traveling this far worth every second. With the smell of the crisp fresh air that met our noses, the morning was finally here as everybody rose to nature’s song glimmering in their elegant dresses, suits, and smiles.

It’s so exciting to do engagement photography sessions with a couple and then do their wedding photography 9 months later. A lot can change in those few months - for Kyleigh and Clay it was the size of their beautiful baby girl, and the size of their love.

You know the feeling when the weather is beyond perfect, it’s as if Mother Nature dressed her best knowing it was Kyleigh and Clay’s big day. A day every girl can only imagine. Every girl wants that love at first sight story, and well, Kyleigh got it. When Clay first laid eyes on her, immediately he knew he wanted her, and pursued her he did, until winning her heart.

Kyleigh and Clay both have the purest hearts. The way their relationships are with their families, and how attentive they were to their daughter, you can tell they’re such a caring couple. Even on their wedding day, they put their child’s need above everything - and it really got us in the feels.

When we took their first look wedding pictures, we about sobbed right along with them. The fact that both were tearing up on their way to see each other truly shows how deep their love is rooted. This is exactly why we do what we do and travel where we must. To capture such heartwarming moments that make travelling to you worth every second.

Even though it was the hottest day of the summer, everyone pushed through the ceremony to then cool off at the Knight’s of Columbus Hall in Archbold, Ohio for their reception. During their timeline planning session, we scheduled a moment at the end of the night for sunset photos. When we went to grab them, Kyleigh & Clay turned it down to hold their baby who wasn’t feeling good. At that moment, our hearts literally melted to the floor. It was so heartwarming to see how much this couple loves their little Maisyn Gray. Who needs sunset photos when you have Tobias party of 3?
