#1. What is your process for working with a couple?
“Our wedding consultations take place either at our Toledo location on Secor Road or at our Waterville location. Both of these shops have a quiet consultation area which is filled with many of our rental items (vases, lanterns, votive candles, etc) for the couple to see in person.
When I meet with a couple, I always begin by asking what their color or theme is. From there we speak about everything they are looking for, for both their ceremony and reception. Many times, the couple brings photos of bouquets and centerpieces they like and I show photos of our past weddings as well. Through the process, I make suggestions and show the couple examples of flowers and rental items that may fit their wedding style.”
#2. When/how do you deliver the arrangements? Do you help with set-up/tear-down?
“A few weeks before the wedding date, I touch base with the couple to determine logistics. I ask them when their photos begin, what time we can arrive at the ceremony/reception site, etc. From there I determine a delivery and set-up time to best fit their big day. We are extremely flexible when it comes to our couple's wedding day timelines and want to ensure the day is as easy and as smooth as possible.
As a full service florist, we take care of everything from delivery to set-up, to teardown and pick-up! We take pride in ensuring our couples never have to worry about their flowers or decor! ”
#3. What is your pricing scale like?
“Our pricing really depends on what exactly a couple is looking for. Flowers, style & vases can all play a part in pricing. That said, we work within any budget and can offer suggestions to the couple on how to stay within their set budget.
Since we buy our flowers straight from the grower, we are able to offer the freshest flowers in town while staying at a very competitive price point.”
#4. Do you offer any other wedding services?
“We don't just do bouquets and centerpieces! We offer a full range of rentals - from arches to linens and chargers! We also have a great gift selection in the boutique areas of our shops. It's a perfect place to pick up gifts for bridesmaids, groomsmen and even bridal shower gifts!”
